IDECard Web2Print

an online order platform for cards.

With IDECard Web2Print you can manage easily as many as desired company-specific identity card layouts and register its coworker identity cards comfortably via a Web interface. After on-line release of the new coworker identity card by the customer, the order is directly sent to IDENTA.

Due to the on-line order, the company identity cards are produced and forwarded to the customer.

Functions and operational areas

  • The access to the Web interface is made by a certificate-encoded SSL connection, which is possible with each web-enabled PC. The access certificate is placed on a chip card by IDENTA. Without this access certificate, for safety reasons an access to the identity card data is not possible.
  • The mandate layouts for the customer are created by IDENTA in the IDECard software. The individual personalization is done by the customer.
  • Management of as many as desired mandate identity card layouts, selection of the desired identity card layout.
  • The data collection of the coworker photos is made by each standard commercial PC camera or in all usual display formats directly from a stored image file.
  • Data collection of the personnel data
  • Management of the registered personnel master data.
  • Online order of several released identity cards for production at IDENTA.
