Card Material
We offer a wide variety of high-quality and brilliantly printable plastic cards. As company card, as exhibition ID card for your show event, as name card or for other uses. They are all printable with our card printers. We offer different versions for your requirements.
Cards made from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
IDENTA uses mainly PVC as standard material for producing cards. We also offer prefabricated cards in the new IDENTA standard:
red (Pantone P200), dark blue (Pantone 295), green (Pantone 349), yellow (Pantone 3935) and light blue (Pantone 2915).
Especially in case of smaller amounts, this will save costs and cut down on the the delivery period. These cards can also be equipped with technology. Please contact us for further details!
Cards made from Polycarbonate (PC)
The durability of a polycarbonate ID cards is up to twice the period compared with PVC ID cards. Depending on the treatment they last up to 10 years. A further advantage of polycarbonate is its heat resistance and resistance against environmental effects.
An alternative to this card would be a PVC card with a PVHT lamination.
As polycarbonate is not directly printable IDENTA coats the ID card with an additional PVC layer. In this way they can be printed with any card printer.
